National “Talk Like a Pirate” day tournament, 11:00 a.m. Sunday, September 19th at The Realm, Brea, CA.
$5.00 entry fee or $10.00 product purchase

Three rounds; bring two lists for a single faction (lists may be of different point values).
Scenarios are likely to include Deep and/or Shallow Water.

Sliding point scale for “piratey-ness”:
* 31 points for any standard, boringly non-piratey list
* 32 points if at least one regular, normally non-piratey model has been modified to look “piratey”
* 33 points if any Cryx pirate (Satyxis/Revanent) or Mercenay Privateer solo/weapon-crew is included
* 34 point is any Cryx pirate (Satyxis/Revanent/Black Ogryn Boarding Party) or Mercenay Privateer unit is included
* 35 points if list conforms to the Mercenary Talion Charter, or a Theme list for Skarre or any Mercenary Privateer

3 Rounds of play, Prizes to top 2 or 3 depending on the number of players.

Warhammer 40k Tournamnet Sunday Sept 26th.

The Realm will be hosting our next 40k RTT on Sunday Sept 26th.

Starts at 10am. Play is for 3 rounds, with prizes to the top 3 players. ($90 for 1st, $40 for 2nd, $20 for 3rd)

Entry is $10 or a $20 purchase. Build is 1850 points. Call or email us to sign up.

Saturday September 18th The Realm is once again hosting our regular wargames auction.

What is a wargames auction you may ask? Simple, just bring in any wargames related items, (miniatures, terrain, dice, etc.) and put them up for auction. You decide the starting price, whatever the item sell for you get that much in store credit to use at The Realm. 10% of each sale will go toward the Chosen gaming club who organize and run the auctions for The Realm.

Besides selling old armies or unwanted games, the auctions are a great way to stuff for your armies cheap.

Auction will start at 1pm sharp and last till all items are gone or have been put up for auction!
